Make A Flute Cleaning Rod From a Coathanger
It’s really important to swab your flute out after you’re done playing so that moisture from your breath doesn’t soak into the wood. You can buy a cleaning rod for $15-20, but why not make one with things you already have? It’ll take about five minutes.
